Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Yes, we offer the option for bulk orders and customization options for businesses, events, and corporate gifting. Please contact us at sales@isipho.store for a custom quote.
Do we have a physical store?
We currently operate online only, but offer fast nationwide delivery via courier, as-well as a collection option (if you're based around Jo-burg) and excellent customer support.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver nationwide within South Africa via courier
Can I bring my own product and then you personalize it?
Unfortunately not. We currently only engrave items purchased from Isipho. We don’t offer services for externally supplied items.
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Before completing your purchase, you will be required to confirm that all details are correct. Your engraving will appear exactly as entered, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. ISIPHO is not responsible for errors made in the text provided by the customer.
If you do not want your engraving in all capital letters, please do not enter it in all caps.
Can I request a specific font or style for my personalization?
Unfortunately not, we use standard fonts and styles which we have predefined and selected, the product personalization should come out like the product images we have on display.
We only do custom styles and fonts for bulk/corporate orders
What format should I upload my photo or logo in?
We recommend high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or SVG files. For best results, avoid blurry or low-quality images.
Will the engraving fade or wash off?
No — our laser engraving is permanent and won’t fade or peel with use. It’s designed to last a lifetime.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization?
Small changes may be possible within the first few hours. For urgent requests, please contact us immediately. If we haven’t started production yet, we’ll update your details. Unfortunately, once engraving has started, changes may not be possible.
Refund & Return Policy
At ISIPHO, we take pride in creating personalized, laser-engraved gifts that are uniquely crafted for each customer. Because all our products are custom-engraved and tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been engraved. Please ensure that all details are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we cannot accept returns for custom-engraved products, we are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@isipho.store with:
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
How long does an orders take to process?
The turnaround time for an order is typically 1-3 business days to process. There after courier collects your package for delivery, and delivery times will vary depending on where you live and the type of shipping you selected, but delivery isn’t in our control and is handled by the courier companies. Express is usually 1-3 days to deliver and standard 3-5 days
We also have a collection option if you’re based around Joburg, so if you collect you’d be able to get your order within 1-3 business days. We are based in Broadacres(Fourways area)
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost is not fixed, we have a real-time integration with the courier companies, you need to enter your address at checkout in order to get an accurate shipping cost
How long does delivery take?
At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method:
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping timelines are estimates provided by
the courier company and do not include order processing time. Orders are
typically processed within 1-3 business days before being handed over to the courier.
Once your package has been collected by the courier, ISIPHO has no control over delivery timelines or potential delays. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend:
- Tracking your order using the tracking number provided.
- Contacting the courier company directly for any shipping-related concerns.
- If you require assistance with tracking information or need help reaching the courier, you can email us at sales@isipho.store—we’re happy to guide you, but we do not have the ability to expedite or modify deliveries once the order has left our premises.
Can I collect my order instead of courier?
We're an online store but do we have a pick up option if you're based around Joburg, you can pick up your order once it's been processed in the Broadacres/Fourways area
